Taylor Marine SOUTH AFRICA has an exciting opportunity for an experienced MARINE ELECTRONICS SERVICE TECHNICIAN in our Cape Town office.

Applicants must meet the following:

Essential:

• Honest, hardworking & well presented.

• Experienced in the installation and service of marine electronics.

• A motivated self-starter who takes pride & ownership of their work.

• Highly organised with excellent time management skills.

• Strong problem solving, communication & reporting skills.

• Able to work well with other professionals & tradespeople.

• Current & valid driver's licence.

  
  

Desirable:

• Experience in the installation and service of Furuno, TimeZero, Navitron and Jotron marine electronics for commercial & pleasure vessels would be advantageous.

• Knowledge of computers.

  
  

Ideally the applicant will possess a trade qualification and/or several years 'hands-on' experience. Ongoing training will be provided to the right applicant.
