New Features – Next Level Sonar Performance for Commercial Tuna Pole and Game Fishing excellence.

Furuno continues to refine the tools commercial fishermen rely on, with several important updates designed to improve target clarity, reduce noise, and make operation even more intuitive.

CHIRP MODE - sharper echo for scattered fish like Yellowfin Tuna detection

Prop Noise Suppression MODE - helps clear the screen for finding and identifying small and weak fish targets

Key Feature Enhancements:

✓ Enhanced Single Fish Detection – Improved target discrimination to better identify individual fish targets. .

✓ Enhanced Echo Average – Clearer target presentation by smoothing echo data for more stable images.

✓ Optimized Interference Rejector – to prevent loss of small school echo, an additional weak suppression level has been introduced.

✓ CHIRP Function – A new CHIRP transmit/receive function has been added to reduce echoes generated by surface reflections, seabed and plankton layers. This results in a clear presentation of long range echoes.

✓ Propeller Noise Suppression – This new function has been added to reduce echo disturbance caused by the vessels propeller.

✓ Game Fish Mode – Tailored settings to improve detection of larger pelagic species.

Interface Improvements:

✓ UI Improvements with Enhanced Auto Tilt Function – Automatically adjusts the sonar beam angle for optimal viewing with minimal operator input.
